JAGS package for Debian Lenny AMD 64
April 28, 2009I’ve packaged JAGS (Just Another Gibbs Sampler) for Debian Lenny for the AMD 64 architecture. This may or may not work on Ubuntu. I am working on getting this into Debian but until then you can at least get the 64 bit version here. Please let me know if there are any problems with the package. If anyone is interested in creating a *.i386.deb package (etc.) please let me know and I’ll upload the appropriate files. For JAGS 1.0.3 Debian Package Click Here.
